*Please note, children under the age of 7 are not permitted on the water. Children aged 7 to 17 inclusively can attend any session and must have either a parent or legal guardian accompanying on the water during a coaching session, or 1 adult per 4 children on a Hire session. Participants aged 18 and over can attend without a parent or guardian.​

You will be required to sign a Waiver before commencing your session.

If attending for a lesson, please check in 20 minutes before your session start time. This will allow time for you to sign in and get ready before the start of your session.
All property is left at owners’ risk. Turtle Bay SUP & Surf accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.

Cancellations policy. Your refund depends on how much notice you give. 5 days or more and we will refund 100% of your booking. Between 5 days and 3 days we will refund 50% of your booking. Less than 3 days, we will not issue a refund. We reserve the right to cancel a session at any time we feel the conditions aren't safe. In such case a full refund or alternative session will be offered.

Please be advised that it is compulsory to wear the supplied buoyancy aid and leash for the whole duration of your time on the water. Without these you will not be permitted to paddle on the water.
